What is a Studio Day?
Studio Session Days are stacked appointments on a predetermined dates at a designated location. They are a great option if you don't have space for a private studio session in your home for a full private mobile session. Limited Availability
Where?
This year we will be offering studio sessions at two locations in one weekend!
Saturday will be at a rented space in Pleasanton and Sunday will be at my new studio space in Sacramento! Exact addresses will be provided after booking. The Sacramento space is on the second floor, walk up (no elevator).
Not sure whether to book a Mini or Full?
Book a Mini-Session if you just want a portrait or two and your pup has a solid sit.
Book a Full-Session if want more variety (posed and candid or outfit changes). The 50 minute session is goof for more than one subject, high-energy or super shy dogs. If you're concerned about your pets energy or comfort level, keep in mind that the full session will give them more time to settle and get comfortable with the space, lights and sounds.
The sitting fee includes a few digital files of your choice but you will also have the option to purchase additional wall art, prints and digital files through the proof gallery store.

The back ground will be a classic light grey. A few holiday props will be available. You are encouraged to bring your own, too
Want to use it as a birthday or gotcha day celebration session?

My dog is not very trained and I don't think he will sit still...
The majority of people have this concern but I can assure you that it's not all about the perfect sit. Part of the fun is figuring out what works for each unique personality.
Can I be in the photo?
Yes, you are welcome to be in the photo. This is a simple studio set up and there will not be any bench to sit on so be prepared to sit on the ground.
How many pets can be included?
The session can include more than one pet in the session but there will get less variety of each one due to the time limit.
How many proofs will there be?
It depends on the energy and comfort level of your pet. The sessions have a limited timeframe. In general, you can expect ~25 proofs from a mini session and ~50 from a full session.
What comes with the session?
The session fee includes three high res digitals for the mini and five for the full. Plus you'll be able to order additional products through the proof gallery.
Can I see full price list?

Can I bring my cat?
Brave kitties amaze me! But most cats do best in the comfort of their home. I offer a mobile studio option that can be set up in your home if you're interested in studio style photos of your cat.
